Log into your online dashboard at mydashboard.voicenation.com. Click on “Setup Options” on the left then “Call Handling Setup.” Select which call type you are needing to change by clicking the pencil to edit. Click on the option that says “Email or Email(and Deliver). A window will appear on the left that says “Action Step Options” Select the email from the drop down of employees(you can have 1 or multiple email addresses) then click done then “Save Changes” in the bottom right corner.
